Donlouco places a huge emphasis on quality control at the manufacturing source and this is considered to be one of the main contributing factors to the success of Donlouco to date. Our quality control staff are actively involved in the operational decisions that take place on a daily basis between the Cork & Shanghai offices and our secure manufacturing partners.

In some cases Donlouco engineers are based at the key manufacturing partner sites and are fully integrated with the manufacturing operation to ensure the highest possible quality standards will be maintained. All suppliers are ISO certified as a minimum and are fully audited by Donlouco.

All parts shipped from the  manufacturing sites are fully inspected prior to release. Shipments can be delivered complete with raw material certificates, test results, inspection reports and any other traceability documentation required so that these high standards can be maintained.

      material certificates or original mill certification where required.
  • Test Results.
    • All test results available before shipping.
    • All first articles fully tested and approved.
    • Production test results available.
  • Pre Shipment Audits.
    • Donlouco staff carry out batch testing prior to
      shipment to ensure that all parts meet the required specification and quality standards.
  • Full Documentation with all Shipments.
    • Donlouco can provide full process, quality and test documentation with all shipments where requested.
