Donlouco is a Cork-based precision manufacturer, established in 2006, that owns and operates its own CNC machining facility in Jiashan, China. There is no intermediary: the engineers who read your drawing in Ireland work for the same company that runs the machine in China.

Donlouco manufactures CNC-machined and forged steel components to drawing for hydraulic cylinder manufacturers, in production volumes, including some of the largest cylinder manufacturers in Europe. Every part is made to exact customer specification, with ISO 9001 certification and full traceability. We don't sell repair parts from stock.
Every Part Carries a Stamp of Quality.
Hydraulic cylinder ends are forged by approved partners, CNC machined in our own facility in Jiashan, and assembled with spherical bearings as required, ready to go straight onto your cylinder.
Every part carries the DLC mark and a date code and can be traced back to its production batch. If it has "DLC" on it, it has passed inspection before leaving the factory.

Who We're Best For.
Donlouco is best for OEMs moving from prototypes to repeat production of machined or forged steel parts, and for hydraulic cylinder manufacturers sourcing end caps, gland nuts, pistons, rod eyes, clevises and trunnions.
